Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew automatically. When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged the total shown at checkout, then the recurring amount (plus shipping and applicable taxes) at the frequency you selected, until you cancel.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel, skip, pause, or change your subscription at any time by logging into your account at shopthriveon.com and managing your subscription, or by emailing support@shopthriveon.com. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments.

Timing. To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel or modify your subscription before your next scheduled renewal date. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, but are covered by our Refund Policy.
